An elegant experience showcasing Michelin-starred chef Billy Kong’s most exquisite sushi creations. Featuring the finest Japanese ingredients, this Food Concert offered a sophisticated flavor experience with a contemporary twist.

Guests savored a variety of selections, including delicately sweet Japanese sea scallop from Iwate Prefecture, as well as buttery mid-fatty tuna and umami-packed soy sauce-cured bluefin tuna — both from Ehime Prefecture.
