Spring Yakitori

Yakitori maestros Tommy Cleary and Blake King returned for a charcoal-grilled chicken skewer feast, resplendent with deep smoky flavors. Guests sat right in front of Tommy, Blake, and Bentoville’s own Billy Kong as they served each skewer directly from the grill.
Featuring locally raised chicken from Across the Creek Farms, the menu included traditional favorites like chicken tenders with wasabi and rare delights like buttery Wagyu A5 Miyazaki beef nigiri — offering a unique twist on the traditional yakitori experience.
