Meticulously crafted multi-course feasts, Kaiseki dinners offer exquisite journeys through Japanese cuisine. This Food Concert was no exception, showcasing local ingredients and seasonal flavors with exceptional artistry from Michelin-starred chefs Shinichiro Takagi and Billy Kong.
Guests delighted in the delicate sesame tofu topped with vibrant salmon roe, and refreshing watercress, enhanced with wasabi and soy sauce. They also savored tender, locally sourced chicken paired with leek, ginger, and chili pepper in a rich miso soup, and enjoyed beef tataki with a chilizu — each dish delivering a symphony of authentic Japanese flavors.
