Guests embarked on an exploration of Japanese cuisines with Michelin-starred chefs Shinichiro Takagi and Billy Kong. This Food Concert featured a variety of tasting dishes, celebrating the essence of Japanese flavors in a bustling, joyous atmosphere.
Standout offerings included melt-in-your-mouth sashimi tuna cubes paired with the zing of wasabi and soy sauce, hearty nikomi beef stew garnished with chopped leek and a kick of Ichimi pepper, and perfectly skewered pork cutlets topped with shredded cabbage, mayo, and Worcestershire sauce.
As guests approached the venue, they were greeted by the warm glow of traditional red lanterns, signaling the start of an evening dedicated to savoring exquisite dishes, fine drinks, and delightful company.
