Ramen Perfected

Visiting chefs from the world-renowned Ippudo ramen empire came to Arkansas for the first time to offer a celebrated ramen experience.

Guests savored bespoke versions of the iconic Japanese favorite, created by Ippudo masters exclusively for this Food Concert, featuring soul-warming flavors of velvety broth, springy noodles, and deeply satisfying slow-cooked pork loin alongside a rich plant-based option.

In 1985, Shigemi Kawahara founded Ippudo in Fukuoka, Japan to breathe a fresh spirit into ramen — hence the name, which means “hall of wind.” Guided by the philosophy of “changing to remain unchanged,” Ippudo balances tradition with innovation, crafting ramen that transcends borders. Recognized globally for its artistry and heartfelt hospitality, Ippudo serves each bowl with a commitment to spreading smiles and gratitude — “arigato” — from Japan to the world.
