Fall Yakitori

Our debut yakitori Food Concert explored the deep, smoky flavors that emerge when Japanese culinary artistry meets smoke. Guests sat right in front of renowned chefs Tommy Cleary, Blake King, and Benoville’s own Billy Kong as they served dishes directly from the charcoal grill.

The evening’s menu featured chicken tenders with a touch of wasabi, seasoned ground chicken over rice, and succulent chicken thigh with Japanese green onion. It was an evening of culinary discovery, where every bite brought the essence of yakitori to life.
