Within Tokyo's restaurant scene, Butagumi is a renowned tonkatsu destination. Together with Bentoville’s culinary team, they’re raising this beloved cuisine to new heights. Savor multiple cuts of golden-fried pork with sweet and sour cherry tomatoes, premium rice, and other dishes to round out the meal.

Butagumi carefully selects the finest pork for all their creations. For this limited event, the chefs selected prized Kurobuta pork raised at Bansley's Berkshire Ridge Farm, right here in Arkansas.
