Guest chef Jin Lim from San Francisco's renowned Bansang restaurant joined Chef Billy Kong to bring Korean cuisine to the Bentoville stage for the very first time.

Featuring uni toast with scallop, truffle kimchi fried rice, and Chef Jin’s acclaimed mulhwe noodles, named one of The New York Times’ Best American Dishes of 2023, this FOOD CONCERT™ experience brought distinctive ingredient combinations together for an unapologetically contemporary occasion.

Chef Jin studied culinary arts at South Korea’s prestigious Woosong University and refined his craft at the Michelin-starred omakase restaurant Kinjo — working alongside Bentoville’s own Billy Kong.

As Executive Chef at Bansang, one of the top Korean spots in San Francisco’s packed dining scene, he’s earned Michelin recognition for his innovative cuisine.
