Chef Jin studied culinary arts at South Korea’s prestigious Woosong University and refined his craft at the Michelin-starred omakase restaurant Kinjo — working alongside Bentoville’s own Billy Kong.

As Executive Chef at Bansang, one of the top Korean spots in San Francisco’s packed dining scene, he’s earned Michelin recognition for his innovative cuisine, including the mulhwe noodles, which were named one of the New York Times’ Best American Dishes of 2023.
